Returns:
 

Damaged items or items shipped by error will be exchanged at our cost.  All damages or errors must be reported within 72 hours or receipt of order.

 

No returns will be accepted for used or opened items. 

Return of unused, and unopened items deemed resalable must be made within 30 days from the original date of purchase and may be exchanged for anything of equal or greater value.  Any promotional items received must be returned along with purchased product.

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Returns for a cash refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Standard Service:

Orders will be billed and leave our warehouse within 72 hours from the day the order is placed.  Please then allow between 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

*If your order exceeds the standard rate, you will be notified with actual shipping charges.

 

Express Service:

Orders will be billed and leave our warehouse the following business day after they are received.  Please then allow between 1-2 business days for your order to arrive.  If your Express order is placed on Friday or Saturday, it will be shipped out the next business day.
